Floutel – Brand creation and complete digital ecosystem for a new telecommunications operator
Floutel is a new Catalan telecommunications brand launched by Manix Capital, designed to break with the traditional codes of the sector and connect with a generation seeking freedom, transparency, and flow.
From Xarxalia, we have supported Floutel from its inception, developing a comprehensive strategy that covers every aspect of its identity and market presence:
Naming and brand concept: we created the name Floutel from the play on words between “flow” and “telco,” combining attitude and technology into a simple, catchy, and memorable word.
Visual identity and branding: we defined the brand’s colors, typography, and graphic style, building a fresh and modern aesthetic that breaks with the usual sobriety of traditional operators.
Packaging and physical materials design: we applied the visual identity to packaging, documentation, SIM cards, and promotional materials, ensuring complete coherence between the physical product and its digital experience.
Web development: we created a custom website, without templates, optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience, with a clear subscription flow, CRM integration, and a scalable architecture for future services (fiber, mobile, energy, and smart home).
Digital strategy and social media: we developed the brand’s voice on social channels, with a fun, approachable tone and intelligent humor, reflecting Floutel’s young and rebellious personality.
Launch and positioning: we managed the launch phase with a national promotion and a communication strategy designed to attract the first customers organically and through digital campaigns.
