Accessibility statement
XARXALIA NETWORK, S.L.U. is committed to making the website www.xarxalia.com accessible in accordance with EN 301 549, which incorporates the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. This statement applies to every page on the domain, in Spanish, Catalan and English.
Scope
Xarxalia Network is a micro-enterprise providing services, and this website is not an e-commerce service within the meaning of article 3.30 of Directive (EU) 2019/882. It is therefore not subject to the obligations of Spanish Law 11/2023: this statement is adopted voluntarily.
Compliance status
Pending. This statement is published alongside the site and the conformance level will be recorded once the full audit is complete. It will not be stated until it has been measured.
Additional criteria
In addition to the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, criteria 2.4.11 (focus not obscured) and 2.5.8 (minimum target size, 24×24 CSS pixels) of WCAG 2.2 have been implemented.
How this statement was prepared
Self-assessment. Tools used: Lighthouse with axe-core, keyboard-only navigation, automated contrast checking and manual review of the heading structure and ARIA regions.
