Xarxalia's own product

MIA does the work. We answer for it.

MIA (Manix Artificial Intelligence) is our digital-employee product, built at Xarxalia. It can take care of reception, sales follow-up, office work, bookings, billing, marketing and phone calls.

We configure it, train it on your business and always run it with you. The same core serves many trades.

It's built on the HUB, Xarxalia's own platform, as are our custom AI projects.

What it's for

MIA does the repetitive work so your team can serve more customers and sell more.

How many messages do you get every day? MIA Reception picks them up from WhatsApp, email, web, CRM and phone, and creates a record for each new person.

How many do you answer right away? On the channels MIA covers, the digital employee assigned to each one replies without waiting for someone on the team to be free.

How many quotes are waiting for follow-up? MIA Sales chases them up on WhatsApp, email, calendar, CRM and phone, and tells you when there's real interest.

Who answers the email while you're in a meeting? MIA Back office, which works on email, calendar and CRM and sets aside whatever a person has to decide.

What happens while you're on holiday? The digital employees keep working and escalate to a person when there's a complaint, an urgent matter, a legal or financial risk, or if the customer asks to speak to someone.

How many hours do you lose to work that could be automated? If the digital employees do it, that time goes to your customers and to growing the business.

A digital employee is software that does a specific job inside your company: it picks up the message on whichever channel it arrives, answers with your business information, records every action and hands the case to a person when the decision isn't its to make. Ours are called MIA, we build and run them at Xarxalia, and they always work with human oversight. There are seven, all up and running: Reception, Sales, Back office, Bookings, Billing, Marketing and Voice.

The limits

You decide how far it goes

It's set per digital employee, per channel and per type of action. You raise it as trust builds and lower it whenever you want.

LEVEL 1

Suggests

Drafts the reply for you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

LEVEL 2

Answers what you've approved

Replies on its own to cases you've signed off. The rest waits for you.

LEVEL 3

Answers and logs

Works on its own and writes everything down so you can review it whenever you like.

LEVEL 4

Acts within the limits

Completes tasks within the boundaries you've set and goes no further.

And always, at any level: if it detects a complaint, a conflict, a legal risk or simply that it doesn't know, it stops and alerts a person.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a digital employee?

A MIA digital employee is a role with a specific job and a limit. MIA Reception, for instance, handles queries, captures the customer's details, creates the record and decides whether it goes to sales, to bookings or to a person. Xarxalia configures it, trains it on your business knowledge and always runs it with you.

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot only answers. A MIA digital employee also does the work: it creates the customer record, schedules reminders, opens the sales task, confirms a booking or drafts the email, all inside the tools you already use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business or your CRM). Every action goes into a log that cannot be altered.

How many digital employees does MIA have, and which are they?

MIA has seven, and all seven are live today: Reception, Sales, Back office, Bookings, Billing, Marketing and Voice. Each one works on its own channels: Bookings on all six (WhatsApp, email, web, calendar, CRM and phone), Voice on the phone only, Billing on email and CRM. They share a single core, Xarxalia's HUB.

Who decides how far a digital employee can go?

You do. MIA has four autonomy levels and they are set per client, per channel and per type of action. The rules to follow, permissions per action, limits and approved replies are defined in training. Anything that still needs your sign-off waits in the tray of proposals awaiting approval.

What does MIA do when it doesn't know the answer?

MIA stops and alerts a person. It does the same when faced with a complaint, a tense conversation, an urgent matter or a legal or financial risk, and also when the customer asks for a person or the decision isn't its to make. Escalation is part of the design, and there is always human oversight.

How is MIA related to Xarxalia?

MIA is a Xarxalia product: the company designed it, wrote it and operates it with each client. It runs on the HUB, Xarxalia's own platform, on servers Xarxalia administers in Barcelona. MIA covers specific functions such as customer service, sales or bookings; when the problem doesn't fit a product, Xarxalia builds a custom AI project.
