Questions

What we always get asked

What happens after I send the form?

A member of the Xarxalia team reads your request and replies to set up a first conversation about the process, the systems involved and the result you're after. If the project goes ahead, the first step is Discovery, where the scope and duration are agreed. If the problem is a better fit for MIA, Xarxalia's digital-employee product, we'll tell you.

Do I need a fixed budget before getting in touch?

No. On Xarxalia's contact form the indicative budget is optional, and you can say you don't know yet; if you do give one, it helps us prepare for the first conversation. Xarxalia works in two ways: MIA, the digital-employee product, covers specific functions in companies of any size, and custom AI is for organisations that need to rethink a whole process, connect several systems or build a new tool. In a custom project, the scope and duration are set during Discovery.

Can I ask for the security documentation before we talk?

Yes. Before you sign, and with no obligation, Xarxalia can send you the data processing agreement (DPA), the security policy, the responsible AI policy, the data retention policy, the service level agreement and the sub-processor register. Tick the ones you need on the form and we'll send them over. The Technology and trust page sets out what each document covers.

Do you sign a data processing agreement (DPA)?

Yes. When Xarxalia processes data about your company's customers, it acts as a data processor and formalises this in a data processing agreement (DPA) under Article 28 of the GDPR. The agreement sets out the purposes, duration, security measures, sub-processors, transfers, and the deletion or return of the data when the relationship ends. You can ask for it before signing.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. Xarxalia never passes a machine off as a person on any channel: customers are told when a digital employee from MIA is answering. The law has required this since August 2026, and customers trust it more when they know.

Will Xarxalia's AI replace someone on my team?

Not unless the organisation decides to. Xarxalia's AI handles the repetitive work, and your team can take on more customers and look after them better, which is what grows the business. Your people still make the decisions.
